Before collecting the key pieces

Plan to collect every piece in one continuous session. Yekpeak and Treyex independently warn that leaving and using Continue can reset key-piece progress. Because the developer has not documented that behavior, this guide treats it as a current community report rather than a guaranteed mechanic.

Number the pieces by the order below. The physical fragments must be paired 1+4, 2+5, and 3+6, so a consistent numbering system prevents confusion at the dresser.

All six key-piece locations

1. Buffet or cupboard before the first dish. Search the opening kitchen service area before completing the first preparation.
2. Box below the cheese shelf in the cellar. Collect it during the second-dish cellar visit.
3. Loose brick beside the large cellar kegs. Inspect the masonry close to the barrels rather than only the shelves.
4. Cellar staircase. Check the stairs and landing while moving between the kitchen and basement.
5. Behind the bread during the third dish. Move or interact with the bread to reveal the hidden fragment.
6. Spider/crucifix sequence during the fourth dish. This piece needs several interactions and is explained below.

Take each fragment when its area is naturally available. Later course transitions can change the room or move the story forward, so postponing a piece is riskier than collecting it immediately.

How to get the spider key piece

During the fourth dish, open the upper-left cupboard to start the spider sequence. Follow the spider as it relocates around the kitchen and interact with it at each stop. The sequence eventually makes the crucifix beside the front door fall. Inspect the fallen area to collect the revealed fragment.

If nothing changes, return to the last spider position and confirm the interaction registered. Do not assume the fragment appears immediately after opening the cupboard; the follow-up path is part of the puzzle.

Combine the three keys

If a pair is rejected, recheck the numbering against the ordered location list. The game does not use adjacent pairs such as 1+2.

Old letters guide: open all three drawers

Take the three completed keys to the dresser and use one on each locked drawer. Do not stop when the drawer opens: select and read the old letter inside so the game registers it. The first, second, and third letters unlock The Soil of Evil, The Seed of Evil, and The Fruit of Evil.

Those achievement pop-ups are the cleanest checklist. If one is missing, revisit that drawer before advancing. With all three letters registered, finish the story and stay through the credits to reach the secret scene. The letters do not need a separate collectible route; they are the payoff for the three keys.
